Shipping Information

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All orders are dispatched promptly upon receipt and confirmation of payment. Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are eligible for next-day delivery services. Orders placed after this cut-off, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK

We dispatch all UK orders via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

1st Class Delivery: 1-3 working days

48h Tracked Delivery: 2-4 working days

24h Tracked Delivery: 1-2 working days

Special Delivery (Tracked): 1-2 working days


Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail delays or adverse weather conditions. Gentle Drive Ltd cannot be held liable for delays once a parcel has been handed to the carrier

DELIVERY TO THE EU

International delivery options are available at checkout via Royal Mail:

International Economy: 2–5 working days

International Standard: 2–3 working days

Special Delivery (Tracked): approximately 2 working days

 

Please note that customers within the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

DELIVERY ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

We It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that a complete and accurate delivery address is provided at the time of placing an order. Gentle Drive Ltd cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address being submitted. In such circumstances, no refund or free reshipment will be issued. Any costs associated with redirecting or resending the parcel will be borne by the customer. Please double-check your address carefully before completing your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

“Gentle Drive Ltd" gladly accepts returns within 14 days of the date shown on your receipt, provided the return reason is clearly stated. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting images where applicable:

REFUND

All returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received, in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only, in order to comply with card fraud prevention requirements.
